Leadership Georgia, a non-profit organization housed in the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, invites community leaders from across the state to participate in various weekend-long events during one year to learn about economic development and education initiatives taking place in Georgia. A June 11-14 leadership weekend in Costa Rica was the group\u0027s first event outside of the United States...  Sebastian Urbina, director of the Georgia Tech\u0027s new Trade-chain Innovation \u0026amp; Production (TIP) Center near the capital of San Jose, spoke to the group about that center\u0027s research on trade technologies.
