What\u0026rsquo;s the design challenge? Given one pumpkin, an inspiring designer, and an iterative design process, how can they:\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003ETruly exploit the material of the pumpkin?\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003ECapitalize on the day\/night transformation?\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EReinterpret a theme?\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003ECraft with precision?\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThursday evening, spectators will be able to choose a best-in-show from 60 pumpkins with a monetary vote of a quarter or more. The winner will be announced at 8:30 that evening. The money will help to fund future IDSA student projects.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EEveryone is invited to this IDSA fall kick-off event.
