Try to eat at least 2 servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetables a day.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EGet at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night\u003C\/strong\u003E. We know this isn\u0026#39;t easy.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ELimit caffeine intake\u003C\/strong\u003E. Caffeine can stay in your system up to 10\u0026nbsp;hours and interfere with your ability to sleep.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EConnect with support systems\u003C\/strong\u003E. Take a break and connect with supportive\u0026nbsp;friends and close family members.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EUse effective time management strategies\u003C\/strong\u003E.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EAssess your alcohol consumption\u003C\/strong\u003E. If you drink more than\u0026nbsp;\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/alcoholeducation.gatech.edu\/what-low-risk-drinking\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003Ethe daily guidelines\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/a\u003E\u0026nbsp;recommend, you could end up exacerbating stress.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EDon\u0026#39;t forget that over the break you are not alone.
