During this interactive workshop, you will start to draft an individual development plan (IDP). IDPs have been recognized by the National Institutes of Health and other organizations as a useful instrument that helps postdocs and graduate students identify and pursue their longterm career and degree completion goals. The workshop will be facilitated by a team of professional development specialists from the Office of the Vice Provost for Graduate Education and Faculty Development.

All graduate students and postdocs are welcome.
