Responsibilities

• Conduct internet and marketing research using relevant publications 
• Use ACCESS Databases to enter, update and track business development leads 
• Analyze database information to prepare reports and execute strategic marketing plans 
• Assist in the design and implementation of direct mail marketing programs (via email, fax or direct mail) 
• Assist in development or "europeanization" of promotional marketing materials 
• Research, compile and/or purchase specialized mailing lists to achieve specific marketing plans 
• Co-ordinate external requests for marketing and information material
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations 
• Assist with organization and execution of GDECD seminars and events 
• Provide general administrative support required in a small office 

Unpaid 3-6 month internship.
Related education/experience and good command of German required.
