According to the NSF: \u0026quot;The program recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported science, technology, engineering and mathematics disciplines who are pursuing research-based master\u0026#39;s and doctoral degrees at accredited US institutions.\u0026quot; The fellowship offers three years of support.
