  <title><![CDATA[Lux Poetry on "25 Books All Georgians Should Read']]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>Featured among the list of "25 Books All Georgians Should Read,"  released in May by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, is "New and Selected Poems of Thomas Lux, 1975-1995,"  by Thomas Lux. </p>
<p>Lux is Professor, Margaret and Henry T. Bourne Chair in Poetry, and H. Bruce McEver Visiting Chair in Writing in the School of Literature, Communication, and Culture. A nationally acclaimed poet, Lux was awarded the Kingsley Tufts poetry award for his collection, "Split Horizon."  
</p>
<p>Through the Poetry at Tech program, Lux has brought the finest names in poetry to campus attracting more than 7,000 attendees from across the southeast during the past five years.   </p>]]></body>
