589257 event 1490376590 1492117937 <![CDATA[Stress and De-stress with U+1]]> Performance Health & Well-Being is offering a free yoga class at the Campus Recreation Complex (CRC) to support the Office of Health & Well-Being's U+1 initiative. The purpose of the U+1=Well-Being initiative is to provide a supportive social atmosphere to the Georgia Tech campus community, with the intention of improving all five dimensions of well-being through deliberate social interactions.

Cookies and milk will be available for those that bring a friend (your +1) this free event. Additionally, U+1 shirts are available to individuals that bring a friend (your +1) and share a photo with @gthealthwellbeing on Instagram while using the hashtag #uplusone.
