David's work, "Improved RNA Secondary Structure Prediction Using Stochastic Context Free Grammars," began as a School of Mathematics funded REU project during summer 2011 and has continued through the year. Besides Christine Heitsch, Shel Swenson, and Svetlana Poznanovik were also David's advisors on the project.
