589812 news 1491404000 1491404000 <![CDATA[Registration is Open for the Summer Online Undergraduate Program (SOUP)]]> Summer can be a time for students to unwind. It is also a great opportunity to catch up, get ahead, or enroll in high-demand classes that fill up each fall and spring.

This also applies to Georgia Tech students who cannot be on campus this summer. That is because with our online summer courses they will learn the same material as students who take the class on campus. Additionally, students earn the same number of credit hours and can shorten their time to graduation

Called the Summer Online Undergraduate Program (SOUP), the 2017 lineup of classes is largely based on requests from undergraduates and student advisors.

To accommodate those who are not able to come to a Georgia Tech campus this summer, students who register for an on-campus summer course cannot participate in SOUP. Those in the study abroad program also are ineligible.
