Mueller’s presentation was part of a seminar titled “Internet Governance Outlook 2017: Is It Time for a Digital Geneva Convention?” His talk, “Cybersecurity as an Internet Governance Problem: Reframing the Issue,” explored the relationship between cybersecurity challenges and recent developments in internet governance policy.
