589906 news 1491489856 1491489856 <![CDATA[CBMS Regional Conference in the Mathematical Sciences]]> Professor Brett Wick and previous post doc in the School of Mathematics, Mishko Mitkovski, are members of the organizing committee for the CBMS Regional Conference in the Mathematical Sciences to be held at Clemson University August 12-16, 2013. The subject of this year's conference is Uncertainty Principle in Harmonic Analysis: Gap and Type Problems. Among the invited speakers are Professors Michael Lacey and Doron Lubinsky.

There will be ten lectures delivered by the main lecturer, Professor Alexei Poltoratski (Texas A&M University). See the complete list of abstracts for his lectures. Additionally, the invited speakers will give one-hour lectures.
