Hundreds of climate&nbsp;researchers from all over the world,&nbsp;including the U.S., are brushing up on their high school French to take advantage of the offer.&nbsp;School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences Professor <a href="http://www.eas.gatech.edu/people/Kim_Cobb">Kim Cobb</a> isn&#39;t one of them, but she shares her thoughts on the initiative, which Macron announced shortly after President Trump withdrew the U.S. from the Paris global warming&nbsp;accord.&nbsp;</p>
