Coda will be anchored by a 300,000-square-foot lease with \u003Cstrong\u003EGeorgia Tech\u003C\/strong\u003E. \u0026ldquo;There\u0026rsquo;s a tremendous amount of interest that\u0026rsquo;s being generated in the area, as evidenced by Georgia Tech and Coda.
