Hrair Balian, Director of the Conflict Resolution Program at the Carter Center, will discuss the Center's work and broader peace-building challenges in Syria. The program will open with a light reception at 3:30 PM. At 4:00 PM, Dr. Balian will give his talk, and there will be time for discussion after his lecture.
