  <body><![CDATA[<p>With holiday season&nbsp;upon us and&nbsp;finals around the corner,&nbsp;it might feel impossible to&nbsp;make&nbsp;smart and healthy decisions in regards to your nutrition. On average, Americans gain between one to two pounds&nbsp;between&nbsp;November and&nbsp;January.&nbsp;However,&nbsp;Health Initiatives and Dining Services have partnered up to&nbsp;bring you &ldquo;Eating Smart &amp; Happy.&rdquo; The events in this series&nbsp;help guide you through these next few weeks by arming you&nbsp;with&nbsp;a&nbsp;few easy strategies&nbsp;for eating healthy, smart, and happy.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>A registered dietician&nbsp;will be available&nbsp;every other Monday&nbsp;at West Village Dining to help you learn&nbsp;about:&nbsp;</p>
