These classes focus on conditioning, strengthening and toning the body through various degrees of intensity.The fall 2017 finals week schedule is available on\u0026nbsp;\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/crc.gatech.edu\/gitfit\u0022\u003Ecrc.gatech.edu\u003C\/a\u003E.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EPlease remember to bring your BuzzCard with you to all fitness classes, as it is necessary for class check-in. Additionally, classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early to ensure your space.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E*NOTE: All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted and include time for set up, proper warm-up, cool down, and breakdown. For safety, no one will be admitted into any GIT FIT class after the first 10 minutes\u0026ndash;NO EXCEPTIONS. Participation in classes using equipment is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis.
