Enrolling in training with a sense of volition and having the experience of choice is indeed critical for one\u0026rsquo;s motivation and learning process.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ETo what extent does the obligation to enroll in training influences trainees\u0026rsquo; motivation to enter into training, and to what extent does this influence motivational dynamics in the training and transfer context? Are motivational dynamics in the learning process related to the motivational dynamics in the transfer process? To what extent are these similar processes?\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/uclouvain.be\/repertoires\/Isabel.Raemdonck\u0022\u003EIsabel Raemdonck\u003C\/a\u003E,\u0026nbsp;Professor of Adult Education and Learning at\u0026nbsp;Universit\u0026eacute; Catholique de Louvain, Belgium, will first present a theoretical model developed from a constructivist approach in which motivational dynamics in learning and transfer are presented as interrelated processes.
