This year\u0026rsquo;s theme, \u0026ldquo;What is Happiness?\u0026rdquo; was chosen with input from faculty, staff, and students. In Spring 2018, Project One is hosting two events designed to get students thinking actively about their own happiness and well-being.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EWhat do Happiness \u0026amp; Sustainability Mean to You?\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/strong\u003EWhat is the connection between happiness and sustainability\u0026mdash;and how can we apply this connection to the Georgia Tech community? Students are invited to join us for a workshop hosted by Scott Cloutier as we consider what happiness and sustainability mean for Georgia Tech, and how students can create a happier, more sustainable Tech community. We will discuss how happiness and sustainability are intertwined, how students might explore happiness through sustainability in their own lives, and what the happiness-sustainability connection means for Georgia Tech. The workshop will be on Thursday, March 1, 11-11:45 a.m. in the Clough Lounge.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EThe Second Annual Project One Film Scramble\u003C\/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;will also kick-off this spring. The Film Scramble is a timed filmmaking competition in which Georgia Tech undergraduates are challenged to create short films\u0026mdash;from concept to completion\u0026mdash;in one high-paced, caffeine-fueled weekend. Films can be any genre\u0026mdash;science fiction, horror, romance, comedy, documentary\u0026mdash;as long as the theme of your film is \u0026ldquo;happiness.\u0026rdquo; Filmmakers will be given a prop and a line of dialogue to be included in their short film masterpiece. Films must not run more than three minutes in length.
