Minor in Leadership Studies

Leadership continues to be one of the most pressing issues faced by global organizations today. Organizations are looking for students who have the ability to collaborate across boundaries, conceptualize new solutions, and motivate diverse teams (2016 Global Human Capital Trends Report – Deloitte University Press). If your student is interested in intentionally growing and developing their leadership skills while they are at Tech, the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Office can assist.

The Minor in Leadership Studies is designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge of leadership theory, skills, and experience through a rigorous and multi-disciplinary program of study. The benefits are simple, yet impactful: add to your technical skills, distinguish yourself from your peers and gain valuable leadership experience. Click here to learn more.
