Specialized electronics are integral to the defense industry, which needs reliable products that can be produced at low cost.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe post-Moore era is ripe for opportunities in technological innovation but could also present challenges in policy and economics.
