  <title><![CDATA[Who Should Join the IAPP Privacy Engineering Section]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>School of Interactive Computing Professor <a href="https://www.cc.gatech.edu/people/annie-anton"><strong>Annie Ant&oacute;n</strong></a> was selected as chair of the new International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP)&nbsp;Privacy Engineering Section at a forum in Washington D.C. on March 29. The section recognizes the sizable growth of the IT and privacy engineering fields within the IAPP member community and aims to offer a range of programs, events, content and networking opportunities through which privacy pros working in IT and related fields can connect and advance.</p>
