In an effort to upgrade to a new gas service, Atlanta Gas Light will install a new gas line on Ferst Drive in front of the Cherry Emerson Building.The project will require temporary lane closures on Ferst between the U. A. Whitaker Building and Cherry Emerson.
Date: Thursday, September 6, 2018 (depending on weather)
Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Campus Detours or Disruptions:
- Vehicular and bicycle traffic will be impeded; expect an eastbound lane closure between the hours noted above (traffic control will be provided during this period).
- Expect closures on the south sidewalk (directly in front of Cherry Emerson).
- All bus stops will remain accessible.
- There will be no gas outages related to this installation.
