Graphic Packaging International's Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a high-visibility, 12-month leadership program. Associates receive the chance to develop relationships with Executive leadership while leading individual and team projects. They also an opportunity to make in-person presentations to the company Leadership Team alongside members of their cohort.
