Evolving consumer expectations have applied stress to traditional retailing approaches and existing networks. To adapt, the application of analytical methods has become pervasive across a wide range of retailing functions including marketing, merchandising, logistics, and pricing. In this talk, we will discuss methods to overcome emerging supply chain constraints, how cross-channel demand information can be used to inform localized assortment decisions, and the use of customer insights and visual learning to enable personalized shopping experiences.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EBiography\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EGraham Poliner is the SVP of Strategy and Analytics at Macy\u0026rsquo;s, Inc. In this role, he has responsibility for functions spanning, strategy, analytics, and operations including corporate strategy, data science, customer analytics, fulfilment\/inventory strategy, pricing strategy\/operations, and replenishment operations.\u0026nbsp;Prior to joining Macy\u0026rsquo;s, Graham was a consultant with Kurt Salmon where he led analytical engagements on merchandising \u0026amp; planning, supply chain strategy, and customer insights for leading retail and consumer product clients.
