She has served as plant manager of Georgia\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nPower\u0026rsquo;s Plant Hammond and has held various roles in Southern Company\u0026rsquo;s engineering and construction services organization.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EWest holds a bachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Samford University.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nMichael Britt is vice president of the Southern Company Energy Innovation Center. Under Britt\u0026rsquo;s direction, the center enables the development and commercialization of products and services across Southern Company that benefit customers.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EBritt was a partner and Southeastern U.S. utilities practice leader at Oliver Wyman Inc. and served as chief operating officer for Accenture\u0026rsquo;s North American utilities practice.
