They will design and conduct leadership experiments that put their new skills into action and grow their leadership capacity. The time commitment is five one-hour sessions throughout the semester. Meeting days/time are flexible. Encourage your students to foster their personal and professional leadership skills that will apply throughout their education and after graduation.
