A table where voices are not just heard, but amplified and appreciated.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EIt\u0026rsquo;s a natural environment for encouragement and connection \u0026mdash; it\u0026rsquo;s a circle, and there is room for you at the table.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EEnter 2019 with purpose and join the newest manager resource from \u003Cstrong\u003EGeorgia Tech Human Resources (GTHR): Professional Development Circles\u003C\/strong\u003E.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EProfessional Development Circles\u0026nbsp;are small, organized groups of professionals who gather to encourage each other, build connection and enhance their management fluency.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EUnlike other offerings from GTHR\u0026rsquo;s Workplace Learning and Professional Development team, Circles offer a shared responsibility among participants for the facilitation and direction of the group\u0026rsquo;s learning. They are designed to grow naturally, through open inquiry and discussion.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EStarting in February, registered participants will be placed into pre-assigned groups of eight to 10 at a kick-off event. They will meet each month to explore topics of interest and develop extended campus networks.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EDuring the first four meetings, the groups will be provide guided discussion guides to assist in structuring the conversation. From there, the group will establish its own meeting\u0026nbsp;cadence and cover\u0026nbsp;group topics of interest.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ERegistration is open now until Jan. 23.
