Group fitness classes are a great way to add variety to your workout as well as meet new faces in the gym. The CRC offers over 35 drop-in group fitness classes every week during the semester so you always have a new experience. The CRC also offers instructional courses that combine the motivation of group fitness with the personalization of individualized programming. These courses are progressive and build each week for an effective means of achieving your goals. These courses are extremely diverse and include everything from Muay Thai Boxing to restorative yoga.

Group fitness classes and instructional courses help you stay motivated and interested in your workout with a guided instructor leading the charge. They allow you to push through your fitness barriers and reach new goals. Classes are carefully created with you in mind. From indoor cycling to Yin & Yang yoga you will find a class to meet any of your fitness goals.  Assistant Director of Group Fitness, Elisha Smith said, “We understand and recognize that not everyone who sets foot in our gym wants to be a bodybuilder so we incorporate programs to reach everyone. Preview week is a great time to try something new and find out what you like.” 

Group fitness classes and instructional courses are 45 minutes unless otherwise noted and available morning, noon, and night to fit your busy schedule. Memberships are now available for both group fitness classes and instructional courses for the full spring semester. Group fitness classes are only $73 for students and $78 for non-students.
