Join fellow students in reading and discussing the book The Mindful Twenty-Something: Life Skills to Handle Stress\u0026hellip;and Everything Else, while also learning simple mindfulness exercises that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe Health Initiatives (HI) student mindfulness book club will teach you techniques to cope with or eliminate stress The purpose of the book club is to inspire students to learn about the factors that cause stress and to practice evidence-based techniques to help one manage stress in a healthy manner.
