Two Scheller College MBA Students Among Poets & Quants’ “The Women of the Class of 2020” Roundup

Scheller College of Business MBA students Frances Theadora “Thea” Dietrick and Allison Rowell are listed among Poets & Quants’ “The Women of the Class of 2020” roundup. Women from more than a dozen programs – including Columbia Business School, Fuqua School of Business, and Harvard Business School – are featured in the listing.

Dietrick says, “It was Scheller’s emphasis on its position at the intersection of business and technology” as one of the main reasons she chose its full-time program. She also describes her peers as “impressive and humble” and each as a friend. “We are competitively supportive -- a giant family that roots each other on in our goals while continually striving to be the best new versions of ourselves.”

Rowell, who is enrolled in Scheller’s dual-degree M.D./MBA program with Morehouse School of Medicine, and completed her undergraduate degree in business management at Scheller, also lauds the comradery of her peers. “Even though we all have unique experiences and backgrounds, I was amazed at how fast we came together during orientation and formed such a tight-knit community.”
