  <body><![CDATA[<p>The next ICT Research Roundtable features Center for Advanced Communications Policy Research Scientist Nathan Moon, on "'An Oracle Walks into a Bar...' The Policy Delphi and Its Application in ICT and Disability Research."</p><p><strong>About this topic:</strong><br />Our presentation discusses the policy Delphi approach as one means for undertaking policy research, considering both its strengths and limitations as a research method. We also examine how researchers from the CACP have utilized this approach to understand issues surrounding wireless technologies, workplace accommodations, and digital technologies for people with disabilities.</p><p><strong>About This Series:</strong><br />The ICT Research Roundtable is a focal point for policy research on information and communication and the technology that facilitates them. The ICT Research Roundtable conducts, synthesizes and disseminates multi-disciplinary research, sponsors forums and speakers, and provides objective analysis for current policy debates. Participating units in the ICT Research Roundtable include the Center for Advanced Communications Policy (<a href="http://www.cacp.gatech.edu">www.cacp.gatech.edu</a>), the Internet and Public Policy Project (<a href="http://www.IP3.gatech.edu">www.IP3.gatech.edu</a>), and the Center for Innovation in Local Government (CILG) all located in the School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech.</p>]]></body>
