Jung is a Ph.D. student in the Georgia Tech School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), where he is a member of the Georgia Tech Electronics and Micro-System (GEMS) Lab\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe title of Jung\u0026rsquo;s award-winning paper is \u0026ldquo;A 1.2 V Single Supply Hybrid Current-\/Voltage-Mode Three-Way Digital Doherty PA with Built-In Large-Signal Phase Compensation Achieving Less-Than 5 AM-PM.\u0026rdquo; The paper presents a new Doherty power amplifier architecture that improves large-signal linearity and achieves efficiency enhancement at deep power back-off.
