Next, I will review emerging thermal management and energy conversion opportunities and challenges that inherently rely on innovative designs, materials, and manufacturing techniques to address problems of significance to a broad range of applications. A question and answers period at the end will provide an interactive opportunity for discussions with the seminar attendees.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EBiography\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EDr. Michael Ohadi is serving as a Program Director at U.S. Department of Energy (ARPA-E division) while on assigned professional leave from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he serves as a Minta Martin Professor of Engineering. He is a Fellow of ASME and ASHRAE and a recent recipient of the University of Maryland System Board of Regents Excellence in Innovation Award.
