The award comes with a cash prize of 2,000\u0026euro; as\u0026nbsp;well as\u0026nbsp;a diploma and an invitation to give a lecture addressed to a wide audience at the award ceremony at\u0026nbsp;the Facultat de Matem\u0026agrave;tiques i Inform\u0026agrave;tica of Universitat de Barcelona that will take place next October at the Universitat de Barcelona.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/robkesler.wordpress.com\u0022\u003ERobert Kesler\u003C\/a\u003E was a Postdoc in the School of Mathematics at Georgia Tech\u0026nbsp;since 2016, holding positions of an\u0026nbsp;IMPACT Fellow in Analysis plus Electrical \u0026amp; Compute\u0026nbsp;Engineering and a Visiting Assitant Professor in the School of Math. Dr.\u0026nbsp;Kesler received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Cornell University in 2016.\u0026nbsp;He is currently working in Industry in the Los Angeles area.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/people.math.gatech.edu\/~lacey\/index.html\u0022\u003EMichael Lacey\u003C\/a\u003E is a prolific mathematician and a gifted teacher and mentor.
