Through photographic portraits and written narratives, the project will highlight the people impacted by Georgia Tech research and innovation. From the proposal:\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u003Cem\u003E\u0026ldquo;While we often highlight researchers and their technologies, what about the people most impacted by these innovations? The goal our project is to tell the stories of \u0026ldquo;everyday\u0026rdquo; Georgians, their challenges, and the actual or potential impact of our research in addressing those challenges.\u0026rdquo;\u003C\/em\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nNext spring, IPaT will host a public exhibition and a workshop focused on the ways researchers, faculty, and staff can regularly incorporate art into their work.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nThe project is part of the Creative Curricular Initiatives program, sponsored by the Georgia Tech Office of the Arts and Georgia Tech Arts Council. The program encourages faculty, staff, and students to envision projects that combine arts and academics in ways that impact broader campus culture.
