Visitors parking spaces in this area will be unavailable.\u0026nbsp; Alternate visitors parking will be in Visitors Area 1: North Avenue and Visitors Area 7: Brittain Drive during the duration of the project.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nER51 customers: Third Street will be closed to through traffic. Vehicles parked on Williams Street will have access to exit to North Avenue. However, re-entry to Williams from Third Street will be unavailable.
