Her promotion was effective on July 1, 2019.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EA member of the ECE Graduate Affairs Office since 2012, Staiculescu is involved in most aspects of the School\u0026rsquo;s graduate students\u0026rsquo; careers, from matriculation to graduation. She advises all Ph.D. students in ECE, manages the Ph.D. comprehensive exam, and leads Ph.D. program improvements.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EPrevious to working in the ECE Graduate Affairs Office, Staiculescu worked as a research engineer in both ECE and the School of Materials Science and Engineering. She is a two-time ECE alumna, graduating with her master of science degree in ECE in 1999 and her Ph.D. in 2001.
