Maddy excelled at academics and athletics and enrolled at UPenn in Fall 2013 where she was a student-athlete. Tragically, Maddy took her own life in January 2014. Carli is passionate about suicide awareness and prevention, and shares Maddy\u0026rsquo;s story, and the impact it has on her family, to inspire others to talk about mental health and suicide.
