The changing of the guard at Tech offers a unique opportunity for us to reimagine our future, craft a new vision, and develop a new strategic plan. 

Over the next few months, we will use a process called “appreciative inquiry” to craft that vision. Appreciative inquiry leverages the power of positive conversation and stories of success to build on an organization’s strengths.
