628447 news 1572547818 1576791638 <![CDATA[Site work begins for Portman Sculpture installation]]> Site preparations and the construction of the granite base for the Portman sculpture is underway.  Fencing and erosion control measures will be installed this week, as well as notifications of impacted walkways. The actual sculpture is planned for installation in late January.  Food trucks will need to relocate on the day that the crane will place the sculpture.  Notification of the crane staging will occur a few days prior to installation.
