Impact Expo

The Impact Living-Learning Community is a unique community in the fact that we focus specifically on social justice, diversity, and sustainability practices, both on-campus and locally. With that, the Impact Community students are exposed to many different programs and events that focus on these themes as the year continues. With a similar idea around the GT capstone design expo experience for seniors, our Impact Expo is a networking experience for students - giving them an opportunity to make a lasting first impression on potential faculty, staff, and employees, while some might walk away with an invitation to present or gain sponsorship or support from GT staff and faculty!

The Impact Expo is a way for students to create brand new initiatives that they haven't seen addressed yet on-campus or just a way to contribute to their surrounding community in a cool and unique way. The goal of the project is to help with their skill development and prepare them for future research and job opportunities. We invite you to join on Tuesday, December 3rd from 6pm-8pm in the Ferst Center Lobby for the first annual Impact Community Expo! Food and snacks will be provided.
