Its goal is to build a leadership community that will positively shape the campus culture through modeling inclusive excellence.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;Our vision for the upcoming cohort is that the program will provide leaders the space to be reflective and engage proactively in practicing skills to enhance their leadership ability, realize their potential, and more,\u0026rdquo; said \u003Cstrong\u003EPearl Alexander\u003C\/strong\u003E, executive director of SDIE and co\u2010founder of the program.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ECurriculum content for the program is curated from the NeuroLeadership Institute on the neuroscience of teams, unconscious bias, and research on inclusion.
