These expectations can lead to student’s feeling pressured and overwhelmed, which can lead to stress and anxiety. Facilitators will encourage students to share their experiences with expectations and pressure, as the group creates the balloons filled with paint. The popping balloons will represent the release of pressure, and students will have a decorative canvas to remind them to manage expectations.

Program is for GT students; registration is encouraged but not required.
