631291 news 1579292971 1579806495 <![CDATA[Applications Open for GTFWC Scholarships]]> Each year, the Georgia Tech Faculty Women’s Club (GTFWC) awards scholarships to Georgia Tech undergraduates who have at least one parent permanently employed by the school or an affiliated organization, as recognized by the Office of Legal Affairs and Risk Management. Applications are now open for the next distribution of scholarships.

Applicants must have completed at least one full semester at Tech; fill out the official application; write a short essay; and submit their official transcripts by Friday, March 13.

Over the last 28 years, GTFWC has awarded 168 scholarships totaling more than $156,000. For the upcoming academic year, the group will select up to six students to receive scholarships of $2,000 each.
