Register Now for a Webinar on Graduate Student Hiring in GT GradWorks and OneUSG Connect on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 1 – 2:30 pm on Bluejeans.
Graduate Studies, the ERP team, and others will cover the following topics and hold a Q & A session at the end. You will be asked to submit questions during the registration for the event.
- Overview & COVID-19 impact on summer hires
- Commitment Accounting
- Process workflow – end to end process
- Updated Grad Works training Guide & training for new users
- Job Aids and Guides for the Direct Hire form
- Things to Consider – ie. how terms are entered into both systems
- Resources, Links, and Contacts
In alignment with the OneUSG Connect go live date, the updated version of GT GradWorks is also live. Updates to GradWorks will continue over the next year to better align with the OneUSG Connect processes. For now, we ask for your patience and flexibility as we navigate this change in systems, summer hires, and COVID-19 challenges.
