  <title><![CDATA[Upcoming Firewall Upgrades]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is preparing to conduct a series of firewall upgrades starting Tuesday, May 5.</p>

<p>The schedule for the series of upgrades is as follows:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Tuesday, May 5&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<p>This will begin at 8:00 p.m. on May 5 and conclude by 11:59 p.m.</p>

<ul>
	<li>Thursday, May 7&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<p>This will begin at 8:00 p.m. on May 7 and conclude by 11:59 p.m.</p>

<ul>
	<li>Friday, May 8&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<p>This will begin at 7:00 p.m. on May 8 and conclude by 2:00 a.m. on May 9. This is similar to previous upgrades that involved services being pulled offline temporarily. Services that may be disrupted during this upgrade include Banner, Workday, TechWorks, Office 365, DNS, Oracle Internet Directory (OID), OSP, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and ETL.</p>
