  <body><![CDATA[<div><strong>&lt;Lunch Time &quot;Tapping&quot; for Calm, Resiliency, Productivity &amp; Stress Management&gt;</strong>

<div>The build up of stress has consequences for the mind and body.&nbsp; Poor sleep, lack of appetite, decreased productivity, decreased immunity, susceptibility to sickness, are some of the few, and we might find it difficult to get out of the vicious cycle of stress.&nbsp; Except, nowadays there are some very simple and effective ways to nip the stress bud so we can prevent the over-growth!&nbsp; Come, join, and learn and try &quot;Tapping&quot; - a simple stress management method to add to your tool box.&nbsp; A brief introduction (and actually doing it) is all you need so we can better Tap into calm.</div>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2. A little more Tapping (Please feel free to leave early after the initial Tapping, or feel free to stay for some more experimental Tapping. We typically end on time.)<br />
