Mr. White, joined the Department of State\nas Foreign Service Officer in 1975 and retired in September 2010 as Senior\nForeign Service Officer with the rank of Minister-Counselor. His last posting\nwas as in New Delhi as Deputy Chief of Mission, where Mr. White served as\nCharge\u2019 d\u2019Affaires (acting Ambassador) for six months. He was responsible for\nentire range of policy implementation, government relations and internal U.S.\nMission management. \u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EDr. Govind Hariharan,\u003C\/strong\u003E Chair and Professor, Department of Economics, Finance\n\u0026amp; Quantitative Analysis, Kennesaw State University. Dr. Govind Hariharan is\ncurrently Professor and Chair of the Department of Economics, Finance and\nQuant. Analysis at the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University\nin Atlanta, Georgia. He is also the Associate Director of the Econometric\nCenter. He has previously held positions at SUNY-Buffalo and West Virginia\nUniversity.
