Allison Miller graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 with a B.S in Electrical Engineering. During college, she interned with Entergy power company. Her first full-time work experience started in Glasgow, Scotland, where she worked in risk management for an engineering firm until 2006. Since returning to Louisiana in 2006, Allison has worked at Marathon Petroleum’s Garyville Refinery. She started out as an instrument engineer managing small projects and worked her way up into project managing larger, multi-discipline projects. In 2018, Allison became an Engineering Supervisor, and has managed both E&I and Mechanical engineers.

Dan Forman graduated in 2011 from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in
Electrical Engineering. His work experience started with internships as an E&I Engineer
with Northrop Grumman at their location in Pascagoula, MS in 2009 – 2010. After
graduation, Dan began a full-time career with a design engineering firm in Baton Rouge,
LA. He spent seven years as a Project Manager/Design Engineer for the Petrochemical &
Refining industry. For the last two years, Dan has spent his time as a Refining Engineer
with Marathon Petroleum managing various electrical & instrumentation projects.

B.S in Electrical Engineering. During college, he interned with three different companies:
Zachry Group in San Antonio, TX as an Electrical Estimating Intern in 2018, Marathon
Petroleum Co. in Garyville, LA as an Engineering Intern in 2019, and Radiance
Technologies in Ruston, LA as an Electrical Design Intern in 2019. Tyler was hired on to
